Chef’s Club is back! Join session 1 for 2021 on Thursdays from 6:00-7:00 pm (please note this time change). We will insure your child’s safety by following safety guidelines, social distancing and limiting enrollment. Each session your child will make a delicious recipe that they will take home to bake. No baking or eating will be done at the studio.
The cost for the full 6 weeks of this session is $155.00. If you are joining in late, the cost is now prorated.
1/7: Tarts: Each chef will be using pie crust to create mini fruit tarts that they will fill with a variety of jams. Chef’s will leave with 6 mini fruit tarts that they will bake at home.
1/14: Homemade Chicken Nuggets: Learn to make your own nuggets the healthy way! We will be learning about how to safely work with raw meat and use knives safely. Each chef will leave with at least 6 nuggets that they will bake at home.
1/21: Blueberry Muffins: We will be making blueberry muffins from scratch. Chef’s will learn why the muffin is a quick bread and what function baking ingredients play in a recipe. Each chef will leave with at least 12 that they will bake at home.
1/28: Parfaits: Chef’s will learn how to prepare parfaits from yogurt, fruit and granola. We will discuss why a parfait is a perfect breakfast.
2/4: Pizza Puffs: Learn a twist on the original pizza! We will be using pizza dough to make pizza puffs. Chef’s will leave with 6 pizza puffs that they will bake at home.
2/11: Heart Cherry Pies: Celebrate Valentine’s Day with heart shaped cherry pies. Chef’s will leave with 3 mini pies that they will bake at home.
